WHY SHOULD I SEEK THERAPY?
You may need to see a trained professional to help uncover issues that are negatively affecting your life.
HOW LONG WILL THERAPY TAKE?
Therapy is deeply personal and depends on your individual needs and goals.
IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME IF I NEED THERAPY?
No. Everyone wants to be heard. In therapy you access a professional listening to you without judgment while teaching you how to problem solve in a healthy manner that optimistically will lead to productivity. People visit doctors when they are not ill, to maintain a healthy physical life. Mental health must also be maintained.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE INSURANCE?
If I client does not have insurance or chooses not to utilize their insurance, the client will be expected to pay the full price for the service/session
provided.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY INSURANCE?
Although we take insurance if you choose not to use it, that is your right.
WHY DO I NEED TO PLACE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?
The card is placed on file in a secure database for payment purposes. Co-pays and fees (if applicable) will be charged to the card on file.
HOW CONFIDENTIAL WILL MY SESSION BE?
Mental health professionals are required to provide clients with confidentiality by their state code of ethics. Confidentiality may include the contents of therapy and fact that a client is even in therapy. If your therapist runs into you outside of therapy, in an effort to protect client confidentiality, your therapist may not acknowledge you, unless addressed first. On social media, your therapist will not follow or accept friend requests via social media. There are limits to confidentiality that are addressed in intake forms (harm to self, harm to minor). Please review your intake forms carefully.
WILL MEDICATION BE SUBSCRIBED FROM BRAVERI?
Braveri Counseling Group, PLLC will not prescribe medication.
